About ShipKits

ShipKits is the product brand for agent-ops kits — multi-harness job packs you download and run. The ShipKits team builds them from the same operator discipline used shipping AI into live company work.

The ShipKits team

The ShipKits team runs an AI transformation practice and builds operating systems companies use to put AI into real work — not side chatbots, but how the work gets done every day.

The team led the AI transformation at Domo as a flagship year: built the systems, then spent a year getting people to actually use them. The method is simple and hard: you change what people do by sitting next to them, not by sending a deck. That’s why adoption stuck.

Before and alongside that work, the team built AI workflows with teams at companies including Domo, Progress, Bissell, Manscaped, Cox Automotive, Thryv, Carvana, Regional One Health, and Cubby’s — including hands-on installs (Bissell’s first AI workflows in two days, covered by TechRepublic).

The practice runs on three gears: strategy (where AI pays and where it doesn’t), education (teams become builders through live work), and implementation (production systems inside tools you already pay for). The core idea is the Working System: absorb the repetitive ninety percent so people spend time on the part that needs them.

From production AI ops to downloadable kits

ShipKits packages the operator layer — seats, gates, handoffs, token discipline, day-1 runs — so builders and consumers can buy a zip and start without a consulting engagement.

  • Operator Pack ($47) — evergreen spine for Cursor, Claude Code, and Grok Bot.
  • ShipKits Drops — timed job packs for a moment (e.g. Muse Life Ops for consumer life admin).

The ShipKits team is the byline and the proof. ShipKits is the product you buy.
