ShipKits ("we", "us") is operated by San Bee LLC (ShipKits brand). San Bee LLC is the data controller. We respect your privacy and collect only the data needed to deliver our products and improve our service. We don't sell your data. Ever.

What We Collect

When you sign up for Harness Desk Starter or the newsletter:

  • Email address

When you purchase a product:

  • Email address (for delivery)
  • Payment information (processed by Stripe, never stored on our servers)
  • Purchase history (which products, when)

When you visit the site:

  • Page views and interactions (via PostHog, anonymized)
  • Device type and browser (for compatibility)
  • Referral source (how you found us)

How We Use Your Data

  • Deliver purchased products via download link
  • Send the email sequence you opted into (welcome emails, product tips)
  • Send the weekly newsletter (if subscribed via Beehiiv)
  • Improve the site and products based on aggregated, anonymized analytics
  • Process refunds and handle support requests

Third-Party Services

We use the following services that may process your data:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Resend — transactional emails (delivery, welcome sequence)
  • Beehiiv — newsletter management
  • PostHog — product analytics (respects Do-Not-Track)

Cookies

We use minimal cookies for analytics (PostHog) and session persistence. PostHog respects your browser's Do-Not-Track setting. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.

Your Rights

You can:

  • Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in every email
  • Request deletion of your data by emailing support@shipkits.dev
  • Request export of your data in a standard format
  • Opt out of analytics by enabling Do-Not-Track in your browser

Data Retention

We retain your email and purchase records for as long as needed to provide you with product updates and support. Download links expire after 7 days. If you request deletion, we remove your data within 30 days.

Security

All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant). We don't store credit card numbers, CVVs, or banking details.

Changes

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Changes take effect when posted to this page.
