Day-1 Desk — 30-day money-back

Day-1 Desk ($12) comes with a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund. If it isn’t the right fit, email support@shipkits.dev with your order email within 30 days of purchase. We’ll process the refund within 2 business days via Stripe to your original payment method.

Operator Pack and Muse Life Ops — digital goods final

Operator Pack ($47) and Drop · Muse Life Ops ($27) are digital downloads. Sales are final once the zip is delivered, except when:

• the download fails or the zip is corrupted / undeliverable, or
• there is a clear billing error.

Email support@shipkits.dev with your order email. We’ll fix delivery or correct the billing error. Change-of-mind refunds on OP or Muse are not promised.

After a refund

Once refunded, download access is revoked. You’re welcome to repurchase later.

Email support@shipkits.dev from the address you bought with and include your order email (and order ID if you have it).
