Stop chatting. Start shipping artifacts — across Cursor, Claude Code, and Grok Bot.

$47

Operator Pack ($47) is markdown seats + skills + install.sh — not a hosted app, not a chatbot. Seven named seats. Three skills. Ops playbook + token-cost playbook. Done means a file, PR, or URL.

You download the zip. You run it in the harnesses you already pay for.

Pay once. Digital download. Keep the files. No subscription.

Instant download after purchase. Digital goods are final unless the zip fails to deliver — email support@shipkits.dev and we’ll make it right.

problem

You have a harness. You don’t have an ops layer.

You already pay for Cursor, Claude Code, or Grok Bot. What’s missing is the ops layer: who owns the job, what “done” means, when to refuse spend or publish, and how to keep the harness from loading junk you don’t need.

Without that, agents loop, ask forever, and leave you with chat — not a deliverable.

Why not just use free kits / DIY AGENTS.md? You can. Free snippets and a hand-rolled AGENTS.md get you a start. What they usually skip: named seats with never-lists, written handoffs, a shared definition of done, publish/spend gates, a day-one sample that ends in a real file, and one install that drops the same skills into Cursor and Claude Code and Grok Bot. Operator Pack is that assembled pack — pay once, stop rebuilding it from threads.

Prompt dumps won’t fix it. App scaffolds won’t fix it. You need seats and gates inside the tools you already use — not another website to babysit.

benefits

Markdown + install.sh. Not a hosted app.

Finish the job

Every seat ends in a named artifact path, PR, or URL. Chat-only “done” is rejected on purpose.

Markdown + install — not a hosted product

Files on disk. install.sh copies skills into .cursor/skills and .claude/skills, and merges safe snippets into AGENTS.md / CLAUDE.md. No ShipKits login. No always-on server for day one.

One pack, three harnesses

Same definition of done in Cursor, Claude Code, and Grok Bot. Use one or all three.

Named seats, not vibes

Chief of Staff, Ops, Content, Support, Research, Builder, Tuner — standing orders, never-lists, handoffs, first task, GOOD/FAIL examples.

Gates in the files

Spend, publish, and invent-nothing rules live in the seats and operator-gates.

Spend less context on junk

Playbook included (playbook/token-efficiency.md): list what each seat loads → run a few real tasks → rank what burns tokens → change only safe items → write a report file. Concrete outcome: a Tuner report on disk, not a vibe about “efficiency.”

Day-one path included

SAMPLE-RUN.md walks Chief of Staff → Content → a real file under artifacts/day1/. No Redis. $0 gate. Walkthrough at your pace — not a stopwatch promise.

what’s inside

Zip-truth. 21 files. That’s the kit.

File names match KIT_FILES / README. If a path is not listed, it is not shipping.

FAQ

Is this a ShipFast / “ship AI apps faster” kit?+

No. Agent-ops for Cursor, Claude Code, and Grok Bot — seats, gates, handoffs. Not Next.js + Stripe boilerplate.

Why not free agent kits / GitHub skills / DIY?+

Free is fine for experiments. This pack ships the assembled layer: seats + never-lists + gates + done-artifact skill + one install across three harnesses + a sample that ends in a file. You’re buying a coherent system and the time not to rebuild it.

Is this just markdown + a shell script?+

Yes — on purpose. Markdown seats + skills + install.sh. Not a hosted app. Not a chatbot. Not a ShipKits-run bot. Files stay on your machine.

I already have CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md — will install wreck them?+

install.sh merges safe snippet blocks from snippets/ (idempotent). It does not wipe your files. Skim the diff it prints; keep your custom sections. You can also copy seats/skills by hand and skip the snippet merge.

Do I need Redis / Docker / LangChain on day 1?+

No. Day-1 does not require Redis. No phantom tool stacks. What’s in the zip is what’s marketed.

I only need 2–3 seats — do I run all seven?+

No. Seven is the full spine, not a requirement. Load Chief of Staff plus one or two specialists (e.g. Content + Ops). Solo builders are normal.

Does “multi-harness” mean identical behavior everywhere?+

Same seats, skills, and definition of done. Each harness loads files differently (Cursor skills vs Claude Code vs Grok Bot reading AGENTS.md). Install wires all three; you can use one.

Is this a subscription?+

No. $47 pay once. Digital download. Keep the files.

Refund?+

If the zip doesn’t deliver, email support@shipkits.dev — we’ll fix delivery. Otherwise digital goods are final. (Day-1 Desk has a separate 30-day money-back — see /refund.)

Does this include Muse / Drops?+

No. Separate SKUs. Operator Pack is the evergreen spine.

I want someone to run this for me.+
